How we work
Licensed Medicare Agents Serving Wichita Falls, TX
We are an independent texas medicare agency based in Wichita Falls, TX. Our agents work with people turning 65, people already enrolled who want a second look at their plan, and families sorting out coverage for a parent. There is no charge for any of it.
A local agent answers the phone when you call. The same office is here next January if a claim or a bill needs a second look.

Background
Why we do this work
This agency started after a family member's plan looked fine on paper and turned out to exclude her specialist. Nobody had checked ahead of time. That afternoon of phone calls is why the first thing we ask any new client is who their doctors are.
The routine has not changed much since. We sit down with someone, write out their providers and medications, then price the plans we can offer against that exact list. Sometimes the honest answer is that their current plan is already the strongest option we have, and we say so.
Medicare rules come from Washington, but plans are decided locally. What matters in Wichita County is which carriers keep real provider networks here, and which one quietly dropped a clinic in the last contract cycle.

Turning 65
I was turning 65 and had no idea which forms came first. We went through my dates on one call, and I had my Part B start date and a plan picked out before my birthday month.

Doctor networks
My cardiologist was the whole issue. He checked the network before I signed anything and told me plainly which of the plans he could offer kept my doctor.

Prescription costs
He ran my six medications through the drug lists instead of just quoting me a premium. My yearly cost dropped and I'm using the same pharmacy on Kemp Boulevard.
